SENIORSSOCIAL MIXED DOUBLES TENNISNOW WEDNESDAYS AND SUNDAYS Wednesday mornings 9am-11am SENIOR TENNIS INTERCLUB - 2019-2020Tennis Northern Senior InterclubThe 2019/20 Tennis Northern senior interclub season begins in mid-September, breaks for 6 weeks over Christmas, resumes early February and concludes in April before the school holidays. All matches are played on a fortnightly basis. The interclub grades are as follows:
This season we have asked for lots of home matches, including Wednesday nights for Womens singles grades. Midweek Ladies Interclub The 2019-20 midweek ladies interclub competition begins again in October and runs through to late March 2020, with a break for the Christmas school holidays. Matches are played on Mondays and Tuesdays starting at 9.00am and finihsing early afternoon. Rex Grey - Senior Tennis Convenor 2017 CLUB CHAMPSCongratulations to all! MIDWEEK LADIES Belmont Midweek Ladies are represented in all the Grades (Premier through to D1) this season. Join us at our Club Mornings, every Wednesday 9-11am for a few games of social doubles play. Visitors, Easi Tennis graduates and new members are always welcome. Contact Helen on 445 7365 for more info. THURSDAY SOCIAL MIXED DOUBLES On Thursday 25 May, the club started a social mixed doubles bash from 7pm until 9pm. Like our Sunday afternoon social format, this is the perfect opportunity for some winter tennis. It's great excuse to drag along some new, old, former players into the club who are too busy in the weekends but are after a regular social hit once a week, that could lead them to more! These evenings will run every Thursday through to September, so come on down and enjoy a run around. SUNDAY DOUBLES This is a fun, social afternoon of mixed doubles, starting at 3pm in the summer* (2pm in the winter), finishing up around 5pm. Come along and put your name up on the board - you will be partnered with people of similar ability. Games are approximately 20 minutes long before the bell rings and teams are mixed up again. Then there is plenty of time for a few drinks and some nibbles in the bar area! *Effective Daylight Saving MEN'S NIGHT If you want a game against some other blokes, come along on Monday nights.
